From there, you can book a 30-minute Assessment session (£0) a regular Counselling session (£65) or a Coaching session (£65 per hour)
If you are a new client, or one returning after more than 6 months, then you will need an Assessment session.
If you are a regular client and do not currently have an appointment, you can also book a Counselling session via the booking system.
I have a limited number of low-cost counselling sessions available by arrangement only for clients on limited budgets. Please contact me before booking these.
